I was wondering how one would go about having the benifits from a life insurance policy put into a trust fund for her children. Say I wanted to leave each of my children with $150K in a trust fund that niether could touch until they are 21. Can I do this and prevent the guardian of the children from touching the money until the children are the age I have specified?

Is this the best way to go about it or should I leave the money to a responsible member of my family and ask them to put it in a trust and ask that they money only be used for college expenses until the kids are 21?

ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC, ESPECIALLY ANYONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE CAR INSURANCE IN THE UK

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT under any circumstances, accept a policy of Insurance from Adrian Flux Insurance Services, thats my advice. They may appear perfectly respectable on the surface, but my experience was one of the company taking the Lions Share of my premiums and then telling me I wasnt insured a few weeks later and although they did refund a small precentage of my premiums, most of it they just kept for themselves and gave me nothing in return. Dont be tempted by their cheap quotes, its probably bate to hook you in.

Now you may be wondering what my question is, (this is a Q & As site after all) Well its like this, there are plenty of other Insurance Brokers and companmies out there, that are perfectly reputable and will actually give you insurance if you pay for it, so the question is:

why on earth take a chance with Adrian Flux ??? given the above.

i know there is a lot that can be considered...so i try to boil it down...car wreck ---no fault--had surgery--lost job of 14 years due to company policy, gone more than 3 months from job, job will be terminated---in future another surgery...lawyer said that the amount of claim is higher of what the claim adjuster could approve...so what do you think the "average limit" is...***does this make sense**

sorry all for not being clear, I got saked from tip top bread company after i injured my back i have a disc that is colapsed they just said no we not responsible and thats it i await medicare to fix my problem, then if I still Iam not good then they will try to fight for compansation but as for the last two years ill get nothing John or the public service in Australia get treated like royalty

all mds. at the center are in the plan. We never thought to check the center itself. Now we may owe alot.do we need a lawyer? It's lakeshore surgery center in chgo,il. Way wouldn't that be in the plan when all the md's are?
