Well, heres the deal, i work for RadioShack which sells Att Phones, so i get an employee discounted monthly bill. Well, the only catch is that i have to provide my own phone. So i was checking it out, and retail price for a phone is $400+. So i thought shoot i might as well just get an Iphone, So i later found out that Corporate accounts will not work on the Iphone, So i have to unlock it, just to use my Att Corporate account. So I was assuming since all i needed was just the iphone, that i could walk in the store, pay my $430 and be on my way, well this was not the case, I had to have my credit run, even though i told the manager i didnt want any service put on it, and i would do that latter, so he says that will be a $500 deposit, And a $36 activation fee, on top of the $430, and i said, Im not getting service on the phone today. I said to him, i can walk into an apple store, and buy the Iphone with no problems, but this credit check thing? why i already have Att service,...

This collection agency called me. I am and was willing to pay it, but they refused to tell me the company that I owed money to. I tried calling the company, but got no answer--only a busy signal. I am going to call them again and write them.

I am planning on filming an online show about punk rock music with my two best friends here in Los Angeles. We have been doing business as Karma Productions but have not made it official. If I register us as DBA (doing business as) Karma Productions I believe it will be one name on the DBA and that means taxes will be unfairly put upon just one of us and just one of us can enjoy any future success with the show legally and put the others in the dark. We don't have the resources to incorporate yet and we really need to start filming with this record company. Can we just do business under Karma Productions and state that it is three individuals and list each of our names in the deal memo we have with the record company? Any insight into the law or this situation?

I NEED A JOB LIKE YESTERDAY - ive already worked for Walgreens, in my opinion they treat you like crap, the customers are great people but the store managers and exa's were horrible so i left. Now im considering CVS- even though i vowed never to go there (i hated it when it was still eckerd) ive only been inside eckerd/cvs like twice in my entire life- sumthin about it i just hate- Anyways If you have worked or do work for CVS can you tell me what the customer service clerk is expected to do ? how is the pharmacy ? I got a bargain on an item in ebay and the seller was looking to get more money for it... They said that someone colored on the screens with sharpie when he wasnt looking. So i said i would still take them and he said that he was afraid to ship them??? (i can get sharpie off it...) So now he keeps asking me if i want a crappier version for more money... when i said no, he said he wanted to refund my money. Then i asked if i could have a picture of the damged ones and he said he didnt have a camera that he knew how to use. I would believe this, if in his last message he hadn't offered to take a picture of the more expensive version! what should i do. He is practicly begging me for to let him refund my money and not ship the item. I have never had this problem and dont know what to do!
