This is great startup internet company - and nothing similar exists in the market. We need an angel investor or line of credit. Getting seen by investors and taken seriously by a bank is the challenge.

Okay, So I ordered a cell phone UPS from qwest, and they put it on a 2 day thing, so I would get it in 2 days. But, the second day would be saturday, so would I get it on saturday, or would I get it Monday?

I live in Washington State.

Any help would be great. Ive been getting both yes and no answers from people I know..

I'm trying to exchange a damaged product for a new one, but I don't have the receipt. I either want to exchange it right there or at least get the receipt so I can verify that I'm within the product's warranty date. I've heard that Wal Mart can look up old receipts and give you a new one. Is this true? I paid with a check. What can I do? The employee that I called at the service desk said they can't,, but it doesn't sound too much like any of the employees really know their stuff.

I attended a rehab center awhile back and I was recently reading their website. They have so many mispelled words! They frequently spell "opportunity" as "oppurtunity" and "their" as "thier". There are also several other instances throughout the website, especially on the home page. Should I send them an email to alert them? Shouldn't a companies website be free or errors?

Is it a level playing field when Japan doesn't open up there markets for Big three and even German automakers to really be competitive in there country's? Additionally, didn't Big Three plants help us win War World II by transforming there plants into tank and millitary production. Should company's that have a aging work force be penalized because they have simply been around longer and they have health care and pensions to pay for people that worked there in the past? Why has our country ignored it manufacturing base when it helped create the middle class?

My company just got acquired by a much bigger company. It is not a hostile takeover. My question is: Can an acquiring company come in and legally fire people if it wants to? Since the acquiring company bought all the assets of the company and it is not a hostile takeover, doesn't that mean they bought the employees too? Please advise!
