If a company have MNC, does it means they are very good? And how they get MNC?

They have to register as a corporation in more than one country. It just means they have done that and paid their fees.

MNC (Multi National Corporation) is not something for which they give you a certificate. It's just a term to describe large companies with subsidiaries or operations in several countries. If your company is like that, you can call yourself an MNC. It doesn't necessarily mean they're very good, just very big. They can go bust too, just like smaller companies.
