Is this discriminating against Women, Infants and Children?

I'm going to guess it's so women don't pay for the item with their WIC check and then try to return it for the cash. But, that doesn't really count as a different return policy; most places will only issue a refund in the form that payment was made.

WIC items were paid for by the taxpayer ,
Not the WIC holder .

No , it is Not discriminating .

If a perishable product was bad , the store should replace it .
Other than that , What were you expecting ?
