I bought a Remington Microflex 600 Shaver with Bonus Precision 150 groomer from Factory Direct.ca on 25th of July 2007and although Remington customer service told me that it can be returned even if opened but neither factory direct people nor Remington people are replying to my repeated calls. what should I do? thanks for the help.

Factory Direct.ca is not required to take the return, but Remington has a well-known money back guarantee.

If they are giving you the runaround, I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This will get their attention and get someone to call you that can help.
