Unfortunately I am in business with my Brother and Dad. We formed an LLC together. Now they want out, and my brother said that he is going to close the business, I disagree, so he said that I have no choice but to accept his dicision.

He my dad and I are all equal owners.

Can they just end the business without my permission? I told them that if they want to quit then just give up their portion, but they said that they don't even want me to have the name. They know that I can continue the business on my own, but they don't want me to.

Is that possible?

Employees stealing from my work what should i do?
I work for a billion dollar company I am A supervisor there are a bout 100 employees in my warehouse .There is a very complex theft ring at my work involving other supervisors and even people higher up . They are stealing anywhere from $5,000-$40,000 worth of product a week. they want me to be involved i have been aproched a few times in the last month.they offer me money to just "turn my head" .if i turn them in should i get a reward? I meando the math average of $15,000 a week over a year that $780,000 it would save them huge dough?

The people are the ones that invented ebay really - but ebay has gotten very greedy and many sellers feel betrayed. There is really no big competition out there for ebay (Amazon might be the biggest?)

..some say google should take them on and open another auction site. Who do you think would be up for the challenge?

We currently have a company policy/standard where “if you are late to work you will need to make up this late time and also do a 30 minute penalty”.Eg. If you arrive at 9:20am then work until 6:50pm. (20 mins lateness, and 30 mins to cover for the prejudice)

But this policy is under scrutiny from time to time as employees regularly worked overtime (less than 1 hour) on a daily basis and could not use this to offset their late arrival for the next day etc.

Punctuality is required for any professional position and people who come late to work cannot be tolerated.

So can you please give a practical solution to this?
