I filed a claim with American Airlines 3 weeks ago, they reps or rude and uninformative. They tell me one thing is policy, but when I check the web site I see that I have been misinformed. When I ask to speak to a supervisor they say one will call me back in 24 to 48 hours. Every piece of clothing my son had was in that baggage (we were moving to miami). I have had to spend more money trying to replace some of the necessary items. But I am fustrated and i want to know what rights I have as a consumer.

Please help.

I currently struggling to think of one as I am hold for the 5th time this week (total phone time over 3 hours)....They failed to pick up my package on Tuesday from the depot. Delivered to wrong address Wed. Assured me it would be there before 1pm Thursday- it was not. I was very late for work. Then they have failed to send out my parcel on Friday after I had arranged for my dad to be at my house to take delivery. I HATE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A friend who has three incorporated businesses told me he has one he never used and would sell it to me for $500.00...
It was made in 1998 in california. Im in Nevada. Is this a better way (shortcut) to go about than to make my own? Knowing all the paperwork and time it takes to inc. I see it as a shortcut.

Do Wal-Mart's business practices raise or lower our standard-of-living? Quality of Life?

Is Wal-Mart's business strategy fair?
I think of Wal-Mart the same way I think of Microsoft...I call it Monopoly,

1--Their business strategies unfair, however I do not disagree with their practices, but I do disagree the way the government handle both companies.

2--"The Standard of living refers to the quality and quantity of goods and services available to people" (Not to be confused with Quality of Life)

3-- Wal-Mart offers convenience, a variety of selection, low prices for the people and bankruptcy for small, independent Small businesses who can't compete with Wal-Mart's Prices.
