To know the history of the CEO.

Enron is mischaracterized as a fraud when the big story is it was just people making poor business decisions that THEN tried to hide that the company was sinking. THe real story is the crappy business...

It tells us nothing about private property and rule of law.

It does tells us that thieves have existed since time began and will exist until time ends. No law will change that.
