It makes me feel worried that I just got Telewest which just merged with NTL- hope they don't inherit NTL's customer service record!!
Talk Talk are appalling- they took over Tele2 some time ago before we went to Telewest, and even trying to pay our sodding bill became a nightmare.
Orange Broadband are rubbish as well, but I won't even go into that...

Yes, we have a company called DHL. I live in Illinois. The last package that was to be deilvered by them came from Californina, took 5 days to get over here but went right past my house on the interstate not a mile from my house to the a terminal in Indiana and sat there for a day, back past my house again to a terminal in Iowa, sat there for a day then they transferred it to the USPS to be delivered to my house. At least the USPS got the package to my door. The previous package DHL was to deliver, I waited and waited and when I checked the tracking they had down that the package was undeliveable due to a bad address. I called them checked the address and it was EXACTLY right so they put it back on the truck again and delivered it that time. If I hadn't checked when I did, they would have sent it back to the company!

Lots of very useless companies.
If you want a worse company at parcel deliveries, has to be DHL. No common sense with the people that delivered "We called today but you weren't home so left your parcel..... in the green box" - which just so happens to be the recycling box that the council come around and clear out.... Clever that!

I know a much worse one.
I know the most useless company in the whole world.
It's called NTL.
Beware.
Don't say that you weren't told.
Avoid them like the plague.
They have a contempt for their customers that even Ryanair would be hard pressed to match.

all carriers are the same, i know ive tried most of them.
city link are acting the complete muppets with me at the minute. basically i think the probelm stems from the fact that because most of the depots are franchieses no one gives a monkies after its left them.
