I never receive payments on time and cannot get thru to the system to complain. You get put on hold forever and then hung up on.

Three partners and myself started a small internet newspaper. We are growing and given the new Web 2.0 climate, one of my original partners (who no longers works with us) owns 15% of the company and is looking to sell a part of his stock (5% or so). Can he do this legally given we are a private California company without my permission (majority shareholder)? I would love to buy this stock back, but he is asking way too high a price.

This is serious, as I need the poll data for my AP Government class.

Ok, If you had to choose which store you prefer shopping at which one would you choose ?

Wal-Mart or Target

Next, tell me why you prefer shopping at that particular place.

Thanks for helping me with my project.

right now i on work-comp in ill. I will see doctor tuesday with the chance of him sending me back to work. I am at the point with accurances at work that the accurance I got for reporting my injury will take to a decision day witch is a day to think about if you really want this job or not. anyway one more accurance and I will be let go , this I feel will happen real shortly because I caused the company to loose there safe hours by having a medical, going to the doctor, and the doctor taking me out of work. Please help, I really need a job, but do not feel that I should have to deal with this kind of stuff, because I work for a big company and can not aford to fight them.
Thank You

My father worked as a supervisor in a lumber mill. Everyone wants more money. It goes unspoken, but praise from those above you is what you remember most. (above you in a managerial sense only) Do you agree?
