i have really poor credit rating and carnt get credit from anyone.also because i dont have any debt now nobody is willing to give me a chance.were do i go???

I have read a few books on Warren Buffet. Now I'm thinking about buying a share of Berkshire Hathaway so I can attend their annual meeting. Is it worth it to attend a Berkshire shareholder meeting to get more insight on investing like Warren Buffet?

Many say just buy Berkshire stock instead of trying to out perform it. Unfortunately the Oracle of Omaha and Charlie Munger are not going to live forever.

Ok...so I signed up for a job online about transfering money. I received 4 money orders today each with $100+. I was told to take out 10% of it for myself and transfer the rest back to my boss oversea in England somewhere. This sounds way too easy to do, maybe a catch? Your opinion would be apprecicated!!!

i built a house on my fathers land 25 years ago...i was suspose to be willed 2 3/4 acres...we have paid personal property taxes and utilities to the address for all this time...my father is now in a nursing home...most of the time he doesn't even know where he is...he has no idea where the will is...this is in arkansas..i don't know if the state can take this away from me if my father dies owing medicad...please someone help

Just want to see if I am understanding this correctly. The chinese yuan is forced artificially low so that they can be more competitive in the manufacturing world markets. This is upsetting the US manufacturers because, well, china just isn't playing fair. BUT, the U.S. has a huge debt to China because they are the biggest purchasers of U.S. debt. Therefore, if the Chinese Yuan does go up in value, does that not mean the U.S. will owe MORE money to China?
So is it more advantagous for the U.S. for the Yuan to go up or down?

I live in a SFH in Prince George's County in Maryland. The house has been sold and the landlord asked me on 12/31 to be out by 1/5. After discussions with other tenants, I have learned that this is illegal especially since I have a month-to-month written lease with the landlord. I really don't want to go to court but how do I make sure I am protected. I gave the landlord my 30 day notice effective 1/1 b/c I planned to move anyway but I haven't found a place yet! We agreed that the landlord would pro-rate me for January rent and return my security deposit but am I entitled to anything more? I'm thinking at least my December rent since I wasn't given proper notice. Please help and let me know which laws I should be consulting. Thanks!
