I'm in college right now and it seems like you have to become more competitive if you're gonna make it

For example, out of 700 pharmacy students who applied, 90 only got into it.

How can I make myself be the top dog, and if not the top, get me close?

How can I ward off critics of me, and become someone?

While at work, as I was bending over to get a glass out of a floor freezer and twisted to set the glass on the bar, I sprained my back. I went to a chiropractor and he said I should file workman's comp. I do not health insurance and I paid cash for this doctor visit and was not planning on filing workman's comp. The chiropractor said welcome to the world of backpain and thinks this has opened a door to problems. I worked last night and was in tears because I was unable to perform my job functions. I almost walked out leaving my boss alone to work, but stayed and just worked carefully and slowly. Now, I'm worried that future injuries will be a problem to affect being able to work and am not sure what to do with filing for workman's comp. I am currently looking for better job and afraid claim will be bad mark on record. I currently just applied for individual health care too and don't want this injury to affect approval of that. What are pros and cons? Help me decide!!

I work retail, as a clerk...I have been with this company for over 4 years...yet they refuse to give raises!! I have only received a .25 raise the whole time! This raise was broken down into 2 raises, not all at once..Am I crazy to keep hanging on? or should I just wait and see with our minimum raise going up again in January??

I read a news article that said many Americans are in the latter group, and live paycheck to paycheck. Thankfully, lately, i've been managing to make my money stretch, and last in between my pay periods; however, that's not always been the case. What about you?

An Organisation that calls itself EAGEAP(European American Global Employment Aid Programme) claimed the above mentioned address which has no Zip Code and located in Idaho State in the US as their Head Office.
I am keen on establishing the authenticity or otherwise of this address because the Organisation duped me of $4,500 USD in a recent business deal and changed their telefax and e-mail address thereafter. They claim to be experts in procurring visas and securing jobs and accomodation for people who want to immigrate to the US

I'm worried they may be doing this to re-nagotate the purchase price based on them wanting to raise the loan amount 6,000 in order to get cash back at closing. I know there are stricter quidelines for FHA loans and am concerned my house will not appraise for the new purchase price. I'm I just being perinoid or is this a legit concern?

I know that lotto winnnigs can be paid out as an annuity. My question is if you take the lump sum payout can you use that to fund an annuity?

Is it possible for a 20 year single premium deferred annuity to make more money from interest than the 20 year lotto payout?
