You can end up with a great job, but must be prepared to start at an entry level position. I worked at a huge trust company where one of the top guys started in the mail room and just kept getting promoted because he was smart, learned fast, and stayed out of trouble. Stay professional always, see the big picture (i.e. don't say "it's not my job" EVER and don't even think it...always be thinking of what is best for the company...work HARD...and ask for more responsibility or opportunities to learn more). Above all, ask for and take feedback well, because a bad attitude ruins everything.

there is not that many great opportunities with just a high shool diploma. unless you know somebody or get lucky. find something your intrested in and at least go to a trade school if going to a full blown college is not your future. good luck.
