I know that it has a lot to do with market fluctuation but how does a gas station know when to change the price? And who gives them the order to change it? And why does it change so often?

I just generally want to know the process a gas station takes in order to change their prices.

I'm trying to help out a good friend of mine in the promotion of his webpage. He has recently started a site which is housing several of his personal projects, including a webcomic, a webmovie series, and his writings.

I wanted to get some ideas as to how to help him promote his site. We don't have money to promote it right now, so I'm looking for free ways of promotion.

I would like to purchase my first home soon. The new homes in my area are very nice but too expensive & sometimes smaller on the inside. The homes that I can afford are older homes (1930's). I truly like the older homes because it has a lot of character and space but normally it needs a lot of repair. My question is, if I am approved for a home loan for a certain amount say $150,000 and I would like to purchase a home for $25,000. Will the bank allow me to use the additional money that I was approved for for home improvements? How does that work? Thanks.

Is there an agency in Pakistan or any organization where I can report someone who fooled me for a job offer but then it is a scam? I almost believed that i will get a job abroad because they created their own website as well as the agency but then after I sent money through western union, the site is already disabled. Please help. There might be other people who are fooled by Bancroft trade and Cartexps placement.
