Sebring - is the "Now! Hot Spot" in Central Florida! But don't tell anybody...since Florida is growing sooo fast! Quaint & charming, the people in this area are so nice and honest. Coming from a big city, it was refreshing to meet people involved in their neighborhood. Housing is still affordable, you should have no problem in finding a property that don't need flood and/or sinkhole insurance. Crime is present but has improved with a new Sheriff in town. They're building new schools, shopping centers, etc... Fantastic place for watersports, fishing, parks and known internationally for it's raceway and the 12 Hours with LeMans Series.

Low crime rate and affordable housing do not go together & I hate it here in Juno Beach, but it is a very small town.
