I recently, started mailing out circulars, and money making opportunites to
a group of people. Over the summer I saw the results and were amazed.
Checks were coming in the mail, and I made new friends overnight. I learned
a lot about the world, and about society. It is absoluelty incredible. And I
have fun doing this, unlike anything I have ever done before. Will I be a big
success in this business. And is it OK for me to advertise in that
ad I saw in Singapore. Asean- World. Will I do well, in this business ?

I'm 37 yrs old and make just under $50K and don’t really have a “career”, I have a job. I'm starting to worry about my future as I don’t see jumping my salary much higher than it is now. I would like to start down a new path that can become a career. For my age what direction would you recommend ? Something that wont take too long to learn/study and the payoff will be more than I currently make.

I graduated college a year and a half ago. I graduated with a degree in Broadcasting and a 3.5 GPA, during which I worked at a national TV show as an intern. I am worried because, since then I have not found a stable job . One company I found hired me and then closed down after 4 months. I have not held a steady job since college, I have been working as a salesperson at two stores in the mall. I hate to do this and want to get ahead, I feel like I am wasting my college education. And for someone that is two years out of college, I have never made more than $15,000 for the year. I am constantly looking for jobs, even in other fields, but nothing seems to pan out. I live alone and find it very very hard to survive of the $ that I make at these jobs. My parents are fed up and won't even speak with me and said that someone my age should not be making such little money, and no benefits. They keep repeating to me to try another field and that I am wasting my time. Please help!!

I live in Southern California, and am making payments on a 2000 Toyota Tacoma through HSBC Bank. My insurance payments are $344.00 a month (more than my truck payment!) since I have two speeding tickets and am 22yrs old. Am I required to carry Full-Coverage, can I get away with liability only?

we don't have a factor, and don't pay anything extra for the upkeep of the building, all the other owners of the flats and myself look after it ourselves. Does this mean that it is freehold? I wonder if it may be that all flats are leasehold ( I really amn't sure but I don't see how you can own the land that a flat is on as surely it must be shared with everyone that owns a flat in the tenement??). so assuming it is leasehold, how do I find out who owns it and how many years there are on it?
the reason for the question is I then want to know if I can convert the attic and who I need to ask to do that. help!

How can you manage your financial affairs (bills, etc.) without having a bank account? I'm sick of the fees! I hate relying on a bank. Is there anyone out there that functions without a checking account?
