i am drawing unemployment and have a job lined up that doesnt start til jan..do i have to tell them that or do i keep looking for jobs, til then or what..i really dont know what to do..

I would just continue looking for another job in order to keep your unemployment. It's always possible that the job that starts in January could fall through.

Keep looking becasue as soon as you tell them about the other job there going to terminate the unemployment.

Tell them. Show that you have a job waiting & you should be able to draw until you go to work.
