There's this guy at work that drives me crazy. Total Black elitest but grew up with less than me. He drives me crazy. How do you deal with people like him.

You don't deal with people like that, that's what they want. You simply ignore him, and I mean blatantly ignore him. Whenever he asks you something, respond with something like "Is it important, I'm really busy", or "I'll talk to you when I get back", and never do. People who think they are significant are often taken aback when they are treated the opposite.

Take the high road - be professional, and don't associate with him any more than you have to. Live your own life.

Catch him using the word "axe" instead of "ask", "pacific" instead of "specific" and correct him and he will feel real ignorant.
