what entry level jobs does it give them? How much money can they earn?

i was qualified for a 5/1 interest only arm loan at 6%. does this mean that the loan on the house won't go down at all and will there be any kind of fees at the end of the 5 years.. if anyone can explain all the details it would greatly be appreciated.

My question is as follows:
What is the difference between me allowing someone to drive my car and me having someone listed as a second driver on my insurance policy when it comes to an accident. What are the differnces in the two situations at the time of an accident claim being filed?

I know if the person I let drive my car had no fault in the accident, my rate wouldn't go up if I settle with my own insurance company. But if its the person who is driving my car's fault, are my insurance premiums affected? If yes, then what is the difference in not having the person listed at all and still making a claim through my own insurance.

I ask because I am thinking of putting my girlfriend who drivers my car sometimes listed as a driver on the policy. Would this protect me or my premiums in anyway in case of an accident compared to not having her listed at all?

I came in on Monday to request off to attend a football game. My manager said she already turned the schedule in so there was nothing I could do. Typically they would say to find someone to fill in for you. But she was rude about it and told someone else that they couldn't work for me. My daughter owns property that she never signed easement papers for a land locked house to use The real estate agent claims the deed said there is an easement. How can there be an easment if no easment paers were signed by the property owner.

I am a General Contractor and a customer of mine will not pay the final expenses which include $13,000 to sub contractors and $25,000 to me as my final payment for building their home. They have not refinanced their existing construction loan into a conventional home loan yet. Can i place a lien on their contruction loan to keep them from getting a conventional home loan until they pay what is due.
