i want to create a personal budget chart to help manage my money

when i was moving out for the first time i used this. Its not a chart but it helps you save money and adjust to paying bills. I took envelopes and on each one i wrote a different bill. i put an amount on the envelope and filled each envelope with the amount of money each month. That way i saved money and it was almost like "paying bill'. Maybe this isnt the answer you were looking for but it helped me.

I use online banking with my bank, and download my statements onto my excell... Then I know what I spend on (mostly dining, food, and entertainment) and I go from there...

create one in pencial or something that is esrase able cause you do need to be flexible and build in a emergency fund
