My girlfriend who has been a stay at home mom for the past two years. She and her husband just recently became legally seperated. I was fine with her working there because all of the work is being done from our home. Her ex agreed to pay her fair amount but it has been three weeks. I told her if he doesn't pay her by tommorow she must resign. I don't know how to word that in a resignation letter that he hasn't held up her end and she hasn't been getting paid. She agrees with me how do we tackle this letter of resignation??

she seems to make me feel like no matter what I do it doesnt matter. She is careless and has shorted me on two pay checks for hours (they made up for it). Others who have done half the work have gotten more credit and even more oppurtunities. I work hard and before I became a part of her team I was confident and that has vanished since she seems to over look it anyways. I have over heard her cackle with another supervisor about people under her making me feel like she doesnt deserve to be a superviser. She makes up reasons to fail me on things and makes snide remarks about me and my boyfriend like "oh gee it must be so hard to have such a perfect man". When I go to her for anything she brushes it off. When I was shorted on my check she rolled her eyes as if it was a bother to her. I use to like my job, now I dred it. I went on vacation and while I was gone she just threw my check on my desk chair..we work with about 300 people in this building.

Network Marketing is a 100 billion dollar industry. Unfortunately there are scams out there that make it hard for the genuine ones.
I love it my goal is to be fully retired by 55. Year and a half to go. Have been a business owner previous working 7 days a week. Unfortunately I had to sell after 2 years. Lost money on it. Another lesson in life. Have been involved in network marketing before but was not the right one. Now I have found one that gives good returns and there is no inventory, no Big outlay, no deliveries, and really no selling. Word of mouth and the company rewards you for sharing it with everyone. I now consider myself a business builder and would love to share this amazing opportunity with the right person. The only qualification you must have is a desire to want something. This can be change of lifestyle, car, meeting people, extra income etc. There is no limit. I would personally train the right person. I can work my business world wide. Think about it.

We're a young couple. Currently we are remodelling a home for relatives. But we are interested in flipping houses. We would be handling the remodel. We are simply looking for a silent partner to handle the financial end. If interested, let's talk.

I am disappointed with my credit card bills. This is because of the charges it is imposing after the other. It is my practice to pay immediately whatever my due, but I noticed that the credit card is imposing much. My last action is to pay everyting and close my card, but up to the last time the bank charged me for closing my credit card.

I'm 29 years old, sitting here in Afghanistan knowing that soon I will be going home to my family. Wanting to be with my family is easy, finding a way to support them is where it begins to get tough.
I'll be out of debt when I get back, and thanks to the good ol GI Bill, I'll be able to put myself through college with a little part time job. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO STUDY! I have no passions, no desires other than to find something I enjoy that will let me stop wondering if I would be happier doing something else! Went thru my whole 20's like that. Bouncing from job to job. does it ever go away?

I live in IL and I accepted a job out of state so I will need to break my lease. with all the legal jargon, I cannot understand if it says I will be penalized. It says cannot sublet, so I have no idea! The management is horrible, and it has a high crime rate so I doubt I can find someone to sublet. There is an extended lease, but I did not have to sign it... I only had to sign the normal lease. So I do not understand,... is there a way I can break the lease due to an out of state move?

This is a 10 unit apartment building in L.A. 90034. The people next door are 3 adults & 3 children, ages 2, 6 & 14. They make much noise. Also the father of 1 of the children does not live on the premises but is around daily and parks in our area that is for tenants. These people leave bags of garbage on the balcony until they feel like taking it downstairs and then many times don't even put it in the garbage bin, it gets scattered near the bin. There is one washer & dryer in the building and they do alot of laundry & leave it unattended. No manager & owner doesn't live here or seem to care that much. Please help if you can.
