My girlfriend who has been a stay at home mom for the past two years. She and her husband just recently became legally seperated. I was fine with her working there because all of the work is being done from our home. Her ex agreed to pay her fair amount but it has been three weeks. I told her if he doesn't pay her by tommorow she must resign. I don't know how to word that in a resignation letter that he hasn't held up her end and she hasn't been getting paid. She agrees with me how do we tackle this letter of resignation??

well make a letter, a formal letter address to her ex. i would like to contribute like this letter..
To: name of her ex
address of her ex

From:name of your girlfriend
her address

Subject: Emplyment pay (this is only an example) you can put the subject matter of your own.

This is in view of our agreement working with you. Its been three weeks that im not receiving the agreed amount (indicate the amount). I need money for financial reason, and as far as my working condition with you, i did my job well., and i dont think theres reason of not paying me. I dont want to sound sarcastic but i hope you do understand.
I would highly appreciate if you could spend time reading my letter and hopefully to hear your side, regarding my salary as agreed upon.

Waiting for your response.

Signature and name of your girlfriend...

sending formal leter could possibly soften his heart. but in case the matter comes worst, your letter will be formally the evidence (just in case you will file a case in court) in that way the representation is clearly that the ex isnt paying her of what had been agreed. be sure you have a copy that he receive the letter from you/her.

purely like an appointment letter is needed which you would be able to connect a company, a a resignation letter is mandatory to leave the corporate, terminating your settlement. If that's no longer there, the gross sales and workers departments would be unable to sparkling your dues as much as the date of your leaving and close your record. additionally, the corporate won't be able to undertaking a termination letter devoid of the two your resignation or dismissal by ability of the corporate. this could be mandatory once you prefer to connect yet another enterprise.
