I accidentally gave my debit card number to a website and was automatically enrolled to some service that I didn't intend to have and barely used it. But it still charges me a monthly fee.

I tried to call them and cancel my membership but the line was always busy. Is there any thing I can do about it? maybe cancel my debit card? but I really don't want to do that.

Help me!

I have the option of staging my home (bringing furniture into my home solely for the purpose of making it look like a dream home) OR leaving it completely vacant as I will be moved out of my home when it's on the market.

I would like to hear your responses as if you were house-hunting. Would you rather go into a home that is staged (with someone else's design taste) or would you rather see a future home empty and using your own imagination as to where your things will go?

I am a 22/m/white. I am a sr in college grad in may and we are having a career fair next week at school. I was wanting to know, is it ok to wear small round gold ball studs? I want to look professional, but my earrings are a part of me. I normally wear square diamond studs but I know that is too much. I was wondering about the small ball studs. I am a psych major and want to be a juve delinq counselor. Many people have told me that employeers are ok with guys wearing earrings as long as they are subtle like the ones I am talking about. I wasn't sure. I don't think it should be that big of a deal. I have a professional, mature look. However, I like to be myself and express myself as well. A job isn't your identity. What do you think?? I am torn because I am not sure if the small ball studs are too much. I don't think they are, but that's me.

I have an American Funds Growth Funds that my parents setup for each of their children. It has grown well, up and down. I get access to the money when I am 21. Can I add to it to and have it pretty much function as a high interest savings account til 21. (I'm 20 now). It seems to be making over 10% interest, and I wonder if adding to it, could accelerate it's growth. Also, how much tax can I expect to pay on it? I had thought my parents set it up to help out with big buys in in my mid twenties. Can I expect big taxes on it, when I choose to liquify it?

Why do they tax the minimum wage? I mean its already minimum earnings. I belive govt. should have minimum wage which can be tax free (a sustainable standard of living) - and all earning above that should be charged at slab level.
