I would like to buy a plot of land in the Phillipines to build a house for my retirement. The problem is that I am a European and as I am not married to a Filipina, leagally I cannot own land there.

I have been told that many Europeans in the same situation have bought land there and I have been told many different stories as to how they do it. Does anyone have any reliable knowledge as to how to proceed without problems and headaches. I would be most grateful for any information provided. John dayz

Tell us your experience. I tried it once, and it was going to cost more than I could afford to spend, so I had to drop it. This was 8 years ago and now it is on the market. A drip proof paint can.

and know the owner of the property next to his is saying that
the deed is wrong. The other owner is saying it is only 20 feet
long and this is what the city map has. My question is
how can my dad prove that he bought the property for 27 feet and not 20 feet and who is right ? the City Map or the deed he has???

I have recently stumbled upon a business oppurtunity, with a company called prepaid legal. My question to all of you is, have you ever heard of them, or perhaps personally know someone who is an associate? It seems like a good investment, im just nervous, there is so many people around today that love a good scam. I owe about $3000 to credit card company a few years ago. It went to collection agency, now they tells me I owe $6000. I tried to settle the debt with them. But They told me, they could ony settle with 80% of the debt and no payment plans for me.
I have 2 little ones now and one on the way. I just can't pay large amount at once.
Agency also told me that I have 30days ( I have 3day left until then ), otherwise It'll go to local attorneys office..

What do I do next? I don't want to get serve with a paper or have to deal as court.

Okay so im young (13) and started a savings account and going to put 100 dollars in it every month, I want to be RICH* when older and i have read donald trumps "how to get rich" and "rich dad poor dad" , "growing money" and have heard putting money in bank, saving money makes u rich over time. So lets say in about 10 years i have a total of 30,000 dollars in my savings account, will i have more then what i put in(like in other words will the bank add more money). I have heard about"credit score" or soemthing and i used this calcuator online sayingt hat if i put 50 dollars a month(im not i wil put more) and 15% of something(forgot) and in so ands so years i will have >>>>blank>>(example 3,000) amount of money.. and it was more then i would put in if i put 50 dollars a month. Please help me??

I need advise on how to get started, I know what I am going to sell(AutoCAD Skills) I know who my customers are going to be (Home Builders, Engineer Firms, Home Owners, etc) I Just dont know how to go about it. ok....this is how it goes. i was hired in january of this year at a grocery store, in the delicatessen (i slice sandwich meat & cheese). i was hired at $6 an hour, which was fine at the time, while i was still in highschool. but now, almost 8 months later, i'm still making the same $6. but what pisses me off is that just last month, we hired 4 new people, and each one of them was hired at $7. now, i can ask for a raise, but it would be even more of a slap in the face if they take me up to $7, the same as people who haven't even been there 2 months. what do you think about my situation?? would it be asking too much to ask for more than $7 ? oh yeah, and did i mention that i have been in that department longer than all 8 other people that work with me, including the manager? any help w/ this situation would be appreciated.
