Whatever you want to do based on your degree. You have life experience that any employer would find valuable. You should also consider starting your own business. Funny you are asking this, because I am in this same boat myself.
Well, you could work at a Day Care. OR you could make something and sell it on Ebay or at Craft Shows. You would be surprised how many women have used their crafting talents to make a buck.
Things like painting, making dolls and clothes for them, wood working. Use those hidden talents to make money for you.
