How can I find out how much I would have to pay in taxes to cash out my 401K?

Do you have to pay state and federal? Can the bank do it for me or do I have to take care of it on my own when I file my taxes?

I live and work in MA.

THANKS!!!!

I started working here 18 months ago, I loved my salary. As soon as I got in, I realized my co-workers were real real jerks. It didn't take me 3 month before I started sending out resumes everywhere. I'm 24 year old college dropout, and the interviews didn't go well, no one seemed to think there was any reason, after 6 months and me getting along even worse with my co-workers, I started asking jsut to macth my salary, but no one seems to think I'm worth what I'm getting paid here, some would take me if I accept working for less. I dunno what to do, I'm sick of working here. Me not getting along with the people here doesn't interfere with my work, but I'm sick of eating by myself, and being here and no one talking to me at all. It's long story, I've worked other places before, and I never had this problem with people, these people are just jerks. What can I do? no one wants to match my salary, and I can't afford living with less money.

I know that PE is market cap. divided by either trailing or projected earnings, so is it accurate to say that if a company has a lower forward PE vs. trailing, that the expected future earnings are expected to be higher than the trailing earnings? I am assuming, of course, that market cap does not change significantly.

I am in a young entrepeneurs class and my teachers and backers are very excited about the idea. The research tells me that I could make a large profit if I make the proper connections. If there are any truck drivers out there that have some input I would be glad to hear it. The services I will offer will be wash wax polish and interior detailing. All people like to live and work in a clean enviroment but not all people pick up after themselves or take care of there stuff. and there are some that do take care of there trucks and just want that new vehical smell and look back.

Hi: I live in new york city and I am buying a house up in buffalo ny. It is a for sale by owner the price is $26,500.00 we already had an agent working on another property he said that he would do the paper work for us and wants to charge us $1,500.00 for his services. We found the property our-selves and we also made the deal with the seller. I know that in ny the agent or brokers fee is 6% which they split. we did more than half the work so i think that we should do the same. Is it right for this agent to charge us $1,500.00 off the records. I thank you for any helpfull information.

My neighbor's husband lost his job last year and has a significant change in his salary with his new job. We have been friends for years, and we help them out when we can with extra food that we buy (they are only getting 120.00 a month in food stamps and no other assistance). Their kids come to our house alot when the parents have to work late, both of them are trying to find a better paying job but that is almost impossible. Is this kind of situation going on just in Louisiana or all over the country?

Its a made up word, as far as I can tell only one firm elsewhre uses the word and its a trademark for agicultural products; but we want to use the word as a band name so would file under a different class. How much, per class, would it cost to file the word as a trademark for:

[a] usa inc.
[b] eu inc.
[c] rest of world.

Many thanks everyone!!

We have been prequalified/preapproved together. We tried it first with just my husband, but then our debt appeared larger because it was sans my income. With our combined income we average in the low 90s per year. We are first time home buyers. Our monthly debt is around 1400 per month. What do you think? Could we qualify for a home loan?

Hi all,

I want apply for a job which I think I'm perfectly qualified for, with a major Christian NGO. Problem is, I'm not a Christian, and they won't answer this question directly when I put it to them: do I still stand equal chance of getting the job? Am I even alowed to apply? One, I can't provide a pastors refernce. I can see they're making it difficult for me, I just wondered where I stood legally with this (UK). Thanks for any input.
