Our house has increased in value almost 75%, and we would like to use that equity for a down payment on another house. Our current house has not sold, and we are under contract to close one month from now, not giving us much time. We don't want to lose this house we have found. What are our options?

Recently, I received an email from a so called attorney telling me I was named as a beneficiary in a Will. In the second communication he sent me a Title Deed indicating the amount of money that I would receive. The Title Deed also contained my name and address and it was notarized by an Inheritance Registrar. The communication also advised me to keep this matter away from the public eye. I have even been asked to pay a revalidation fee. Is this a scam? What should I do to verify this? Has anyone received similar notices? If this is a scam, how can I blow the whistle on these guys? .. please help me with your answers, here.

I think that I have good idea in Stationery & gift business in Bangladesh as I have been involved in this business since 10 years. I am running this business as a Manager. But I independenly execute this business. As my salary is low, I like to do this business. I do not get any financial support from my family as we are very poor. Please advice me how to start business borrowing money. I need a source. We need at least US$10,000 to run the business smoothly. Hopefully I like to return this amount within 3 years.
