When the interviewer asks you what is teamwork, what is the perfect answer? and if you want to add other answers to frequently asked questions, I would gladly appreciate it.

Teamwork is the over-all effect of working together, for example, in a basketball team, each player has its share to hold the ball and pass it to the other players in orderto reach the goal of shooting the ball in the basket.

I had an interview earlier today, and I though i did okay, but i don't know for sure. I really hope I get the job, they are still interviewing people all this week, so i don't know.

An answer to your question would be: Teamwork is when a group of people (members of a group) get together to achieve a common goal.

Three questions I think that are asked frequently are:
What are your strenghts?
What do you consider to be your weakness?
Tell me about yourself?

(I was asked these questions today)

"Teamwork is knowing when you can best help out everyone you're working with and knowing when you can best help by leading the way. I've always felt that when people work together they can overcome or figure out ANYTHING. Without teamwork, our whole society would crumble."

It may not be the best or perfect answer by any means, but it's more or less what I'd say.

teamwork--all employees working together in unison to complete a task.
others--
would you be willing to work overtime?
do you have reliable transportation to work?
list references and their phone numbers.
are you willing to work on your day off?
do you need a day care facility?
do you smoke?
