looking for which offers the best work environment for the entry level, opportunities to advance, and of course, better pay

get training in a large public accounting firm. normally, you start off in one of the big 4 accounting firms, and then the clients of that particular firm pirates you. of course, they dangle an extremely large sum of money to attract you.
