I bought an ebook from a website but gave a wrong email address (one letter wrong). Found it out right after paying for it. The book supposely sent via email. I can't get the company response my request to send it to a right address. how should I deal with it?

Hey guys, I hope someone can help me out. I am with TD Canada Trust and I bought several money orders to send to someone specific because I worked with them. Basically I list on eBay, keep some money and then I send them the rest. The problem is, the person I am working with is either not sending the items to customers or they are sending the wrong items. I am completely fed up with working with them and feel like this may be a scam or fraud. I've spoken with him over the phone, but he always tells me to relist and take the money out of there. The way I paid him was that I send the money order overnight with tracking. I want to ask, is there anyway I can get a refund from the money orders I sent to him? I have all receipts and all tracking info and emails. I am forced to give refunds to my customers because I can't rely on him. Please let me know what options I have. Thank you.

I interviewed for two jobs and I am waiting for the call. he said he would call this week. If he does not can I still call and see what happened. Also, The other job said they would tell me before the 18th of August and I interviewed last Monday. Is that a long time? The job was not posted so there are no dates or anything like that. Now what if the first job calls and I really want job number 2 can I call and check whats the status on their decision? Or no?

We are possibly interested in buying a home in the Fishkill (Dutchess County) area of NY that is currently being listed at $339,000.00 We are unsure of what would be a good first offer to make, and what we should max. out at? Is there a way to find out what other "similar" homes in that area have SOLD for recently,not what they are listing at?? The home we are looking into is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath with an inground pool and finished family room. Detailed advice very appreciated please!!!
