How are you in debt if you don't have checks, credit cards or any of that? The best thing is consolidate all your bills into one. Instead of making 5 different payments at various interest rates put it into one and you'll pay it off faster. There is more money towards the principal and not being gobbled up by interest rates.

set a budget and STICK TO IT!

Use cash ONLY and stop using ATMs as you will end up taking more out that way. (I really only need $5, but I'll take $20 anyway)

Some employers may be able/willing to direct deposit a portion of your check every week/month into a seperate account.

Alternatively, if you don't mind giving the government an interest-free loan, you could have extra taken out as tax which you can then claim back on your tax return.

I strongly recommend to buy things that produce income every single month. Don't buy things that take money out of your pocket. Some things that produce income include stocks, mutual funds, businesses, real estate income, Certificate Deposits etc.
