How do you obtain a resellers ID number in the state of Ohio?

I would like to start selling products on ebay. In order to get the products at wholesale they say I need a resellers ID number. I can't find anything about it on either the state or county webpages. All I'm finding is a vendors license.

A resellers license IS a vendors license.

You do get it through the county.

I think the two links below will help you. The previous person responded that a vendors license is the proper license for you; I believe you can register here and obtain the license directly from the state.
