Prepaid credit cards?

Does anyone know a name prepaid credit card company that reports to the major credit bureaus to build up credit and how much does it cost?

Prepaid credit cards or gift cards do not report to credit agencies.

Prepaid credit cards are actually a savings account and do not count as credit.

All pre-paid cards report, and very few of them charge more than a few dollars a month.

My sister works for AccountNow. I'm not sure what the fees are but they do what your looking for .
