Im up to my neck in debt with my credit card, what i want to know is if i close my credit card account, do the monthly interest owing on that card stop..therfor allowing me to pay of the remainder without interest.. If i don't get this sorted soon,im in deep water....

According to the creditor i didnt pay for 6 months.(but i did). But fact of the matter was i wasnt the best at paying on time and didnt keep any reciepts. Now my wages are being garnished and it sucks. Now i keep all receipts. My question is, is there any possible way to lighten this garneshment or get rid of it completely. all its gonna do is put me in debt way more. and not just me but my fiancee now too. I fully understand its my own stupid fault for letting this happen but now i need to fix it so i can put this behind me and carry on any input would help.

I are planning on opening up a new service organization which
specializes in cleaning large office buildings. I have created a
corporation, and I developing a strong business plan which
focuses on value more than price. However, since designing
my business plan, the economy has shifted, and unemployment
has started to rise.

While marketing my cleaning service, I have discovered that
many of the large office buildings are empty of tenants – something
you were not expecting. If this was not bad enough, I have
found out that one of the larger national chains, which specialize in
cleaning office buildings, has now cut their price and are competing
with you for some of the same target customers.

1. What can I do to compete against a national chain of this
caliber?

2. Describe the niche I will target to stabilize my business.

I always hear about how hard it is to get a good customer, then I get sh!t on and threaten to take my business elsewhere and they basically say go! BankAmerica jumps into my mind recenlty, they kept charging fee's to an account that was closed (ihad several other accounts with them) they refused to take the fees off, after I had been to a branch and closed it (in good standing) The branch mananger said so sorry, you owe us money, I called customer service and still no help. Seems like a lot of businesses do this these days.

The marina I've stored my boat the last 10 years, a boat that was stored above mine leaked oil all into my boat, I wanted it repaired for free or else I threatened to take my business elsewhere, they basically said GO! they werent responsible??? I pay over 100 a month for that boat to sit there. Why am I paying them if they arent resposible for anything?

I have bery little money to spend on advertising, and I can't think of any effective way to do it. Obviously I could register it with search engines, but that costs some amount of money a month. The only idea I have so far is flyers, but I doubt that will have an luck in getting clients. Other than that I can go around to small businesses and give them a page of information and pray that they might be interested....I don't know I am kind of desperate for ideas/help......
