In the newpaper, advertise for a home open. Do it on a saturday arvo 1-3 is usually best time.
Maybe through a real estate website too ?
Also put a sign out the front, make sure it says "Private Sale" and your mobile number.

you can print up some flyers or postcards to pass out around your neighborhood. be sure to tell everyone you know that you are selling your house. you may want to have an open house.

advertise in the classifieds in your city paper. put a sign in your yard 'HOUSE FOR SALE BY OWNER' put telephone no. and address in your ad. in the classifies
