You will always have a credit score.. it will just fluctuate depending upon your credit history. 750 is very very good.. but if you file bankruptcy, that score will plummet. Bad credit stays on your file for 7 years, while good credit stays on for 10. You might try working with a credit counselor rather than file for bankruptcy.. that will do you a lot more good, I guarantee. Good luck.

It sounds like you want to know if you start with a credit score of 750 and declare bankruptcy what will then ending score be? The truth is that it will not even be close to 750. You would be lucky to get anyone to loan you money at all and if they did your interest rate would most likely be 2x's what it would have been.
