A 7 yr paving project is in it's third yr, but the paving is delayed by 2 yrs while we still have to pay the special assasment. I am wondering if we have to continue paying this fee if theproject is not following the schedule that was submitted at the outset.

I was just curious what the average pay per hour is for people in any profession? I am currently a cashier making $7.00 an hour. I did try out for doctor's professions and have had alot of interviews and when I told them I would like to make $8 - $10 an hour they just kind of looked at me funny and didn't hire me. When I used to work for them I got anywhere from $8 - $9.50 an hour. Has pay gone done the past few years?

OK so I had this long interview the other day.. I had 3 seperate interviews .. 4 people in all. They were the following:

1 - Associate Manager, Content Operations
2 - Associate Manager, Category Operations
3 - Associate Manager, Data Structure Operations

They didn't really explain who they were.. Are they all managers of different sections and why are all of them interviewing me?

Then today I got a call back and they wanted to make a PHONE interview with a new guy (the others were in person) and this guys title is Sr. Data Operations Specialist .. And he is younger than any of the other ones I met with.. I even saw his MySpace and he is really young and basically a partying college student! So he would be under the other people who interviewed me correct?

SO who is the one actually in charge of hiring me!!

This all has me very confused.. what does it mean if after you interview with one person - they want you to have an additional one with someone under them??

Here is the deal, buying a condo townhouse 3 floors @ 1400 sq feet in san jose cali close to highway 87 .. up in the hills for 600K.. i want to get some advise that if i do option arm with -ve amortization which will at the end of 1st year put 12k extra on the 600k amount, so my principal would be 612000.
Is it a good deal ? The condo townhouse are brand new.
