I have one coworker who belches incessantly. Another who eats at her desk and chews with her mouth open. The second cowoerker also swears like a sailor and has loud personal conversations on the phone containing profanity and inappropriate subject matter. i have complained to my boss, but I sense he is too embarrassed to address the mofre personal issues - specifically the noisy eating and stinky food in the office. What should I do?

When I got behind on my property taxes, my mortgage company paid the balance and is now doubling my house payment over the next 12 months. Needless to say, I can't pay a double payment. I was never late on my payments prior to now. Any recourse?

Don't you wish someone would give you the oppurtunity to live somewhere free for a year with everything paid for excepts personal items. You would be given a house, a car, and the bills would be paid for, so you could take your paychecks for one full year and put them into the bank, to start a new life in a house on your own?
If I won the lottery, that is what I would do. I would take three single working moms with children, doing it on there own, and they have to be working. I would set the three families up in a nice house they will have to share for one full year. Buy them each a family car and pay for everything except there personals, and make them give me a percentage of there paycheck for one year, and after that year, help them get a house, and let them be on there own. With a fresh start, and a house, and money in the bank, and just to see the smile on there faces when they actually accomplished it would be blessing enough to me.

I have a good job now, but very boring and uninteresting. I am a very sociable person and always wanted to work in retail, specifically a high end store and be able to interact with people. The mall is an option, but would definately be a step backwards from where i am now. Do i go for what would make me happy or stick with the better financial decision?
