I live in Arizona, and my house is in Montana, but my husband lives in the house, can he get me for desertion? I make the payments on the house in Montana, from here, what are my rights?

He can divorce you if he feels you have deserted him. Desertion (in this context) is not a crime, it is a cause for divorce. Since you are not with him, he could use the desertion approach. He could also just divorce you for irreconcilable differences and end it there.

what are my rights? - To speak to a lawyer of your own choosing (and expense).
