just because i want to be a lawyer doesnt mean i have to stick up for criminals, i can be a prosicutor. and i LOVE everything about it!!!

Rethink, sweetie. I graduated from American University in 1984, practiced law, couldn't make a living, hated what I was doing and changed careers. There was an interesting article in the Wall Street Journal last week about the high attrition rate in law. You should be able to find it on-line.

I did for 8 years. Then I put two and two together. To be a successful lawyer you have to put yourself aside and lie your *** off! You have to have people like child rapist and murders as your boss.
So I'll leave that job to the money grubbers. You couldn't pay me enough to stick up for people like O.J Simpson or Jeffery Dahmer!! So I would be a poor lawyer so it isn't worth the schooling!

A new client had just come in to see a famous lawyer.
"Can you tell me how much you charge?", said the client.
"Of course", the lawyer replied, "I charge $200 to answer three questions!"
