What is the market like for selling a home in Columbus, Ohio? I'm selling my property here and moving out of state. I have a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home that i want to get $63,500 for, and a duplex with a 3/2 and a 2/1 that I'm asking $189,900 for. How long do you think it will take to sell them? I know the market is soft everywhere, but Columbus seems like the job market is pretty strong, so I was wondering if you think it will sell more quickly.

the followings criteria must be met (due to my school's policy):

1. Medical and mental treatment in the NYC area that covers at least $100,000 (total) per sickness or accident;
2. Coverage for pre-existing conditions;
3. Medical evacuation and repatriation of at least $15000;
4. Repatriation of remains of at least $7500; and
5. A deductible not to exceed $500 per year.

(I don't know what half of these words mean, haha)

Anyone? I would really appreciate it if someone could give me a good suggestion.
hopefully, I'd like to get an insurance under $1000 per academic year.

thanks for comments!

More employees should inquire about this cost effective option for paycheck replacement. It has saved peoples financial future. My mother-in-law had it, and when she suddenly became disabled, it saved her house! None of her children knew she had this, but because she did, we all went and requested it from our own employers! Why don't more people know about this option?

I am getting a townhouse in Loudon County, Ashburn VA for 460K that has been assessed for a value of $512K by the county for tax purposes. The house has 2800 sqft 4 bed/3.5 bath and 2 car garage. The seller is doing a FSBO and hence the low price. Comparables in area are selling for 485K. Is this a good deal or should I wait for some more time for prices to go down further? Given the rising interest rates is it a good investment to live in for next 5 years?

I have an idea to get children interested in reading. I would love to start out with elementary children and children in hospitals and orphanages. With this idea I would need a grant instead of a business loan. I do not want to go through a company or website that I will have to pay for grant information or help. Are there any websites that will help me out for free? A site that will give me direct info or talk to a customer service rep?
