with good simple examples... taken from business ventures of the past that went all wrong or that were geared against the consumer (like the pinto gas tank thing, and the dumping of flamible kids clothing in south america, etc.)... such things convey more than you think, and it's a transitive thing for anyone who finally gets the idea - whereby they can then expand upon it and apply it on their own, finally... and maybe then, you can expand upon it with them too... worked for me in college... jett
