I am aware that eviction actions are public records in Clark County, Nevada Justice Courts. I just want to buy the list instead of do the research myself.

Evictions isn't a matter of public record, so it's not going to be stored at the county recorder's office. Sometimes the local police or sherrif get involved with an eviction, so those kinds of incidents would be in the police files, but I have no idea how you could gather that information easily. Otherwise, an eviction is just another business deal: a contract was breached and a property owner evicted the renter.

Good luck

Most states do not allow evictions without due process, so you can get public information. The following link will get you to the evictions made through a summary process in court in Las Vegas--=-you can also look under Foreclosures in the same site

Slip a property manager of a major apartment complex a 100 bucks and they will give you anything you want. Also another more morally correct way is to tell a collections office/evictions atty/ or credit bureau you are a independent head hunter and want to collect for them they will give you a list of people that their clients evict. If you need some in Ohio give me a shout.

Call the courthouse and find out if they have the list; if not, you may have to go there and research this yourself. They will probably charge you for document costs so bring cash.
