You'd have to be bonded and I don't think you can be bonded if you are under 18.

You can work in a bank as a call center rep or teller at the age of 16 - depending on the institution's guidelines. Credit Unions are another option in this area and we have hired tellers at the age of 16 to work part time and on weekends.

The insurance bonding is still required, but in the case of part-time tellers there may be exceptions made.
