I went to their web site. Personally, I think they are distributing their wealth in an incredibly efficient and benelovent way. Do you agree? Any possible way to better allocate those Billions of US Dollars.

Due to relocation for employment purposes I was recently forced to surrender my mobile home back to the lender. I am now told that once they sell it I will be billed for any deficieny and that they have the right to garnish my wages. How can I protect myself not to mention my previously perfect credit rating?

How do I get 100% financing? It'd be my first house purchase but I'm living in another state and I want to rent it out. Can anyone who's done that help? I don't want to put a down payment. I'm having trouble finding a place that will do mortgages in my purchase range ($15000 to $25000) for investment properties. Ideally I'd like to get two properties but if it's easier to get just one I'll do it that way.
My ideal solution would be as follow.
- 100% financing = $0 down
- Closing cost included in mortgage (but not a must)
- 15 years fixed
Can anyone help?
Thank you.

Hello all. I am on the verge of making an offer for an existing business. It is a service business with very little assets (a truck and a forklift). He has one employee that he pays on a 1099 contract basis about 35K a year). He is on pace to net about 120K this year, and he netted 90K last year. The business is over twenty years old. He is getting rid of it because he is seventy two. He has accounts which pay him monthly, and as of June first he had 328 accounts, although this number fluctuates somewhat because peolpe drop his service, and obviously he gets new customers too. It is a swimming pool service company for the record. He wants to structure the sale so that the new owner takes complete control over the business from day one. I would assumehis business bank account, which has 45K in it. He is asking 400K. Is this a fair price for this business, and how do you generally determine the price of a business? I would assume his position, and he works 3 days a week.
