does anyone on here work in party rentals... ie... setting up tents tables and chairs.... that kind of stuff... .what kind of pay do you get.... i have been working for a place for 3 years... and i havent gotten a raise yet... i was looking for something to compare what i make against

I think it may be time to get another job if after putting in three years of work no raise. Either the business isn't making money or its a scam. Check into the labor law and read all paperwork you sign upon employment.

I worked for a party rental place that did corporate parties. We brought most of the entertainment stuff, like bouncy thing, face painting supplies plus popcorn maker and cotton candy maker. I got paid about $100 a day (which could last about 8-10 hours). I eventually got a raise to I think about $120 a day.
