I've sent out a bunch of sales letters/ brochures, and now would like to follow up. however, I only know a few of the names of the people i need to talk to. what is a good way to find out who i need to speak with? "May I speak with the person in charge of marketing?" i (obviously) would like to sound professional, not like a telemarketer.

I am looking at a gas station which is for sale. Based on what the owner is saying its a good deal. How do I make sure that Its a profitable business? what are the numbers I should be looking at when I buy a gas station? At this time when gas is so high is it a good idea to own a gas station. I have a book that states you can request the credit bureau's to add good credit ...say if Equifax has a good credit item listed but Trans does not, you can request Trans to put it on there.....my question is this.....what if the acct is a closed account? Will they still add it? Or does it have to be an open acct?
