They're all over the place, here. But that doesn't matter. What matters is if there are any where YOU want to start one. So do some local research, walk around local shopping areas, and scope out the competition, if there is any.

There is one in my hometown that my mom and I call the ten dollar store. It is so great for ladies on a budget. When you go in there, you know you can get an outfit and not be out of your price range.

Here in Michigan we have a store called Max 10. They sell cloting that didn't sell in other stores in other cities. I believe it is a franchise, so you might want to look into it.
