my employer just called me, she said drug test was good. She said i have to wait for background check result. it could take 2 days to 2 weeks. Im wondering they do background check at the same time with drug test or they do it after drug test result

What should I register first: Trademark name or Trademark design? The design looks very much like Trademark name itself, but it's still very important for my business. It's not allowed to register both Trademark name and design in the same application,
and I don't want to spend money on 2 applications right now.

It's in a strip mall in a developing upscale neighborhood & warehouse businesses. Besides the newspaper, what else can I do? When people do come in, I'm highly praised for the food. Yet, the place is empty in the p.m. The decor is modern. I also get compliments on it.

I just checked out of my Hotel today, and I saw a Housekeeper cleaning one of the elevators. She was real pleasant, and nice to me. Do people look down on Housekeepers, or do they have respect for them? Personally, I couldn't care less what your profession is, as long as you are a decent and honest person. And please, no smart or rude answers.

Sometimes I get e-mails from other countries that claim my e-mail address was picked from a major lottery and I won big bucks. I've found from research that most of them are from bunk banks from con artist. The latest one I got may be valid. Can anybody find them?

I recieved an consolidation offer from Educational Direct that has an interest rate of 4.875% at the highest and 3.625% at the lowest (depending on my payment choices). Has anyone had experience with this company? Does this sound like a good consolidation offer considering the current low interest rates?

I am 40. I am agressive toward my work and some people take me as threatening. I always tell any potential employer how I am and they say wonderful, but when the see I am not full of sh@# they get all freaked out. I was raised by the standards no matter what the pay you owe 110% @ all times. Is it my fault the most people beleive do as little as posssible for as much as possible?

I beleive this is a big problem in America

Any advice on what can be done about this?
